In diesem Jahr wirkten mit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mick Box<\/strong> und <strong>Bernie Shaw<\/strong> von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uriah-heep.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>URIAH HEEP<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Steve Lukather<\/strong> von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.totoofficial.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>TOTO<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bob Catley<\/strong> und <strong>Tony Clarkin<\/strong> von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.magnumonline.co.uk\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>MAGNUM<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Don Felder<\/strong> von den <a href=\"http:\/\/eagles.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>EAGLES<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">und\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.rickspringfield.com\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Rick Springfield<\/strong><\/a> als Special Guest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Begonnen hat das Konzert mit einem Gedenken an <strong>Rick Parfitt<\/strong> und <strong>John Wetton<\/strong>, beide Mitglieder der &#8222;Rock Meets Classic&#8220;-Familie, die leider im Dezember 2016 bzw. Januar 2017 verstorben sind. Dazu wurde vom Orchester und der Mat Sinner Band der Status Quo-Hit <em>&#8222;Rockin&#8216; All Over the World&#8220;<\/em>\u00a0gespielt. Dann betraten Bob Catley und Tony Clarkin die B\u00fchne und spielten unter anderem <em>&#8222;When the World Comes Down&#8220;<\/em><em>. <\/em>Sp\u00e4testens bei Mick Box und dem immer wilden Bernie Shaw (Zitat des 60-j\u00e4hrigen S\u00e4ngers: &#8222;Sitting is for old people!&#8220;) hielt es dann kaum jemand in der gut gef\u00fcllten Arena auf den Sitzen. Nach Hits wie <em>&#8222;Easy Livin'&#8220;<\/em><em>,<\/em>\u00a0dem\u00a0unvermeidlichen Klassiker\u00a0<em>&#8222;Lady in Black&#8220;<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em>sowie dem vom Orchester gespielten\u00a0<em>&#8222;Skyfall&#8220;\u00a0<\/em>(Adele)\u00a0betrat schlie\u00dflich der Special Guest Rick Springfield die B\u00fchne. Springfield, ein vielbesch\u00e4ftigter Songwriter in den 1980er Jahren, stimmte unter anderem <em>&#8222;Don&#8217;t Talk to Strangers&#8220;<\/em>\u00a0und <em>&#8222;Love Somebody&#8220;<\/em>\u00a0an und lie\u00df es sich nach der Pause auch nicht nehmen, mal ins Publikum zu gehen oder den ein oder anderen\u00a0Strau\u00df Rosen auf seiner Gitarre zu schreddern. Das Orchester hatte zwischendurch auch noch einen Soloauftritt mit den Bon Jovi-Hits <em>&#8222;Livin&#8216; On A Prayer&#8220;<\/em> und <em>&#8222;It&#8217;s My Life&#8220;<\/em> sowie einem Beethoven-St\u00fcck \u2013 der geneigte Klassik-Liebhaber m\u00f6ge es mir bitte verzeihen, dass ich nicht wei\u00df, aus welcher Symphonie das St\u00fcck stammte \ud83d\ude42 Steve Lukather begeisterte das Publikum dann erneut mit den Hits <em>&#8222;Rosanna&#8220;<\/em> und <em>&#8222;Africa&#8220;,<\/em> bevor es dann mit Don Felder mit seiner Doppelhals-Gitarre (u. a. <em>&#8222;Hotel California&#8220;<\/em>) wieder etwas ruhiger wurde. Zum Finale kamen dann noch einmal alle auf die B\u00fchne und verabschiedeten sich mit <em>&#8222;Take It Easy&#8220;<\/em> von den Eagles vom feiernden Publikum. Wer das nicht gesehen hat, der hat etwas verpasst.
